These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thestylistcorneracademy.com, our blog, digital products, strategy library, member portal, free and paid resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by I Am Danie, LLC, doing business as The Stylist Corner™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

The Stylist Corner™ provides business strategies, pricing systems, service methods, digital resources, videos, templates, guides, and related materials for hairstylists who build around silk press and sew-in services.

Products and resources may be delivered through our member portal, website, email, or other digital platforms.

All Services are provided for informational and strategic purposes based on the founder's professional experience.

Some products may include a Proof of Completion.

A Proof of Completion acknowledges completion or access as designated for that specific product. It is not a professional certification, license, credential, accreditation, or representation of professional qualification.

A Proof of Completion does not authorize you to perform any regulated service and does not satisfy any state board, licensing, continuing education, academic, or government requirement.

Some Services require an account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

Accounts and purchased access are for individual use only unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

You may not share, transfer, sell, or provide another person with access to your account or purchased materials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at info@thestylistcorneracademy.com.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, purchases are one-time payments.

Purchased digital products include access through the member portal as described on the applicable product or checkout page.

Where a product is advertised as including lifetime access, “lifetime access” means access for as long as that product remains offered or supported by The Stylist Corner™ and the applicable member portal or delivery platform remains operational.

Where future updates are advertised as included, those updates will be provided at no additional charge for as long as the applicable product continues to be offered and supported.

Prices, features, and product availability may change for future purchases. Changes to future pricing do not alter the amount already paid for a completed purchase.

Because our products are digital and access may be provided immediately after purchase, purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Refund Policy or required by law, sales of digital products are final.

If you are charged more than once for the same product as the result of a duplicate transaction, the confirmed duplicate charge will be refunded upon request.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not eliminate any rights or obligations that apply under these Terms, the applicable Refund Policy, payment processor rules, card issuer requirements, or applicable law.

We may suspend access associated with a disputed or reversed payment while the matter is being reviewed, where permitted by law.

The strategies, systems, methods, pricing examples, and other materials provided through The Stylist Corner™ are based on the founder's own professional experience, including more than 20 years behind the chair.

Any income figures, pricing examples, business examples, client results, or other results discussed in our Services reflect specific experiences or examples and are provided for context.

They are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of your results.

We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, client result, booking level, profitability, or other business outcome.

Individual results vary and may depend on factors including skill, experience, implementation, business model, pricing, expenses, location, clientele, market conditions, demand, and other circumstances outside our control.

The Stylist Corner™ is not a cosmetology school, licensed educational institution, state board provider, or continuing education provider.

The Services are not accredited or approved by any state board, government body, licensing authority, or academic institution.

The Services do not replace licensing, regulatory, professional, legal, tax, financial, or other requirements that may apply to you or your business.

You are responsible for determining and complying with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards, and business requirements applicable in your location.

Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Unless otherwise stated, content made available through the Services is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Frameworks
• Graphics
• Downloads
• Methods
• Branding
• Website content
• Member portal content

A purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own business and personal professional use.

You may not, without written permission:

• Copy or reproduce protected materials for redistribution
• Share purchased access with another person
• Resell or sublicense the materials
• Distribute the materials
• Upload materials to file sharing platforms
• Publish protected materials publicly
• Present our proprietary materials as your own
• Use our materials to create substantially copied products for resale

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and may subject you to other remedies available under applicable law.

• Share account credentials or purchased access
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
• Interfere with website, account, payment, or member portal security

Some parts of the Services depend on third party providers, including payment processors, website platforms, member portal providers, email and text communication providers, hosting services, analytics platforms, and other technology providers.

We do not control third party platforms and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, security, performance, or continued operation.

Temporary interruptions or changes caused by third party services do not necessarily constitute a breach of these Terms.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

We may also migrate purchased digital products to another delivery platform.

Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to preserve access to purchased products that remain supported.

Nothing in this section overrides specific purchase rights required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including loss of revenue, profits, data, clients, business opportunities, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for a claim arising from a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Am Danie, LLC, doing business as The Stylist Corner™, and its owners, contractors, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or your own business practices.

This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, access is being shared without authorization, intellectual property rights are being violated, payment has been reversed or remains unpaid, or these Terms have been materially violated.

Where appropriate, access may be restored after the underlying issue is resolved.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property protections, payment obligations, disclaimers, and applicable limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent will be provided for material changes.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable checkout terms, and any product specific terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement between you and the Company regarding the applicable Services.

If product specific terms conflict with these Terms, the product specific terms will control for that purchase to the extent of the conflict.
