You’re Not Lazy. You’re Tired of Working for Nothing

You're not lazy. You're not unmotivated. You're not inconsistent.
You're tired. And not the kind of tired a day off fixes.
It's the kind that builds after years of a full book and a bank account that doesn't match it. You're booked back to back, sometimes double booked, and at the end of the day you're still asking yourself how you can be this busy and still come up short.
That isn't a work ethic problem. It's a structure problem.
It's prices you set years ago and never revisited. It's services priced by what felt safe instead of what they actually cost you in time, product, and hair. It's an industry that treats being booked as the goal, when being booked and being profitable are two different things.
You're tired of doing math every week to make rent work. You're tired of one cancellation throwing off your whole month. You're tired of clients who love your work and push back on the price.
Most stylists were shown how to do hair, how to get booked, and how to post. Very few were shown how to price a service so it actually pays them.
When I look at my own business, every number on my menu has a reason behind it: my time, the product, the hair, and the finish. I built a six-figure business running silk presses and sew-ins at the same time, and it didn't come from working more hours. It came from knowing what each service needed to bring in and pricing it that way.
If your schedule is full and your income doesn't reflect it, the first place to look isn't your effort. It's your prices.
If you want to see how I price my own silk press and sew-in services, that's inside The Silk Press + Sew-In Pricing System.
